Review: Good Things Manuka Honey Radiance Face Mask

Hello there x

Today, I'm going to be sharing my thoughts on this product.

DISCLAIMER: this is not sponsored! My opinions aren't biased, i just genuinely just love this product.

So, this is the Good Things Manuka Honey Radiance Face Mask ; brighten and refresh with white clay and beeswax. It is all organic and free from all of the bad things. It does exactly as it promises and really refreshes old and dry skin. My skin has gotten considerably better and this also smells SO GOOD! It reacts so well with my skin and has tamed quite a bit of redness. It is smooth and gentle. It is also such a good price. I highly recommend this face mask and it is perfect for any pamper night and i find myself constantly reaching for it because I LOVE IT! I hope you enjoy this as much as i do.

I'll catch ya next week

Virgin Mojito

Hello!

Today, I'm going to teach you how to make a Virgin Mojito. This is just like lemonade, it's just looks much nicer and is much easier.

Literally, all you need for this is ice, mint, lemons/limes, sugar and sparkling water.
For this recipe, i use 1 lemon : 4 tsp sugar. this seems to work for me.

First, slice lemons/limes into quarters.

Put lemons in a cup and the sugar and the mint. Crush these down. I don't have a musher thingy, so i use the back of a wooden spoon.

Once there is a little juice at the bottom of the glass and all of the pulp and juice is out of the lemon, add some ice.
You can use crushed ice, too.

Transfer the concentrate and lemon peels and everything (yes everything) into a glass and add water.
I like to leave the bits in it, because it keeps a lot of the flavour. Also, eating the pulp off the lemon rinds is sooooo good.

*does awkward photo shoot with pretty drink*

I hope you like this recipe x

How I edit my Instagram photos

Heyy x

Today, I am going to tell you how i edit my instagram photos. I try to keep it as simple as possible.

I use an app called Instasize. This app not only lets you edit your photos, but it also gives the pictures a background so that your picture fits the little blocks (which is no longer needed with the new update but I still prefer it).

The app has so many filters to choose from. For a picture with an overcast sky, I like to make it a little darker. Like this:

I kept the saturation low and i always just LEAVE the sharpness alone!

For beach photos, i like to make them a little more yellow, bringing out the sand, making he sea look more blue, and bringing out the natural blonde in my hair. Like so:

I know this post was a little haphazard, but i hope it helped at least someone. Now for a shameless instagram promo : isabella070102

thank you for reading, Ill see yo nextweek. Goooooood bye x

De-stress

Hello x
This post means a lot to me. I get stressed very easily, as do many, but it really takes
its toll on me. I just break down and cannot deal with life. So here are my 5 easy steps on how to get de-stressed.

1. Take a long, soothing bath. This sounds so cheesy, but it really does work!

2. Make Sunday a relax day. Sit down with a cold beverage and read or paint your nails or go for a walk, basically do what makes you happy. This just automatically lifts the mood and will get you a much more positive week.

3. Stop working at 11 pm. You need your sleep, no matter how much you fight it. Work should not be done at stupid hours of the night.

4. Be with nature. Fresh air is good for any wound, especially mental. Sitting outside for even a little while can just refresh your senses.

5. Download a calming app on your device. If you have left the point of stressed and it has turned into a major deal, listening to calming apps will help with everything; if that's sleep or a healthier outlook on life. I personally use Calm.com . It works
wonders.

Thank you so much for reading, that is all for today. Goodbye xx

Packing tips

Hellooo ✨

I went away recently (hence the reason this blog has been virtually inactive), so I thought I would do a packing post. I love reading these and watching these on YouTube.
I went to Germany and Barcelona at the end of June. I miss it soooo much. I have watched countless videos on packing tips and packing lists and all that so I really wanted to do one.
Since it was summer, I didn't take any big coats or jackets; all my luggage was light (more space for shopping 😏).
I took one big suitcase, for main luggage, and a backpack, for my hand luggage.

If you would like, I will make a post on what I took, but for this post I will be telling you some packing tips.

Tip one:
Only pack the minimum, if you need more clothes you can always buy them and it's so fun exploring foreign shops.

Tip two:
CHECK THE WEATHER! I cannot stress this more. You don't want to arrive at your destination and freeze your butt off or burn to a crisp.

Tip three:
Roll your clothes instead of folding. It makes loads less creases and keeps all your packing tight.

Tip four:
Have you absolute essentials in your carry on just on the off chance that your luggage gets lost because you don't want to be there with no phone charger or credit card...

Tip five:
Bring a camera! Lots of peeps think that yo phone camera is perrrrf, but believe me you will never regret bring a camera. Just bring a small little one, nothing fancy.

Well that is it for this post. Thank you so much for stopping bye.
Until next time, gooooooooodbye ❤️

Fitness

Hey!
Today's post is all about fitness.

A lot of people get all stress when you mention fitness because most people think about hours of salving away in a sweaty gym. But it doesn't have to be like that. There are some simple and enjoyable ways to get fit.

You don't need to be lifting Dumbbells and being looked at in the gym because, let's face it, you probably don't know how to use most of those things. Here are some fun and easy ways to get to your goal.

Squats are very good as an exercise and get you dat booty.

Sprinting is also great, even though it is commonly looked over.

Going for jogs/runs are also the best by the seaside.

There are loads of exercises that you can do but if you always forget or are just procrastinating, work out apps are the best. They send you notifications to get yo butt moving and that's very motivational.

I hope this has helped. Thank yooou
