Healthy breakfast ideas

Hey 🌸

So I have been having some issues with picture uploading to my blog. Sorry for that lack of pictures ☺️

I thought that I might give you some breakfast ideas! These are all really quick and easy and great if you are in a rush, but still trying to eat healthy.

Breakfast 1:

Yoghurt
Banana (any other fruit as well, I just find banana goes really well with this. Banana is also very cheap and good for you.)
Honey
Granola
Put the yoghurt in a bowl and chop some banana into it. Sprinkle the granola and honey over and enjoy!

Breakfast 2:

Yoghurt
Banana
Futurelife or any other protein shake mix
Put the yoghurt, banana and protein powder into a blender and mix it all up. It turns into a mousse sort of consistency and its really delicious!

Breakfast 3:

Banana (one whole banana mashed)
1 egg
Butter
Mix the mashed banana and the egg together in a small bowl. It must turn into a pancake sort of batter. If it is too thick, just add milk. Put a pan on the stove and crank up the heat. Fry your batter in small little circles and there you have banana pancakes, the healthy way.

And there you go! All of these somehow turned out to be banana related. You have no idea how many times I have typed banana.

I hope you have a great week and sorry that I haven't posted in ages.

I've been thinking ...

Heyy!

As I'm sure you can tell, I am not very good withy this whole blogging every week thing. I would really love to succeed at this because I love writing about things that interest me, but I have struggled so much to do this lately. I will carry on with this blog, just maybe not every Sunday. I don't want to post every Sunday because then I feel it takes all the joy out of it for me. F I don't get a post up on the right day I get stressed and feel like I have let myself down.

So, I have always wanted to do YouTube. I would really love to start a channel. Could I pleeeaaassseee have your feedback on this. I will probably start one anyways 🌸

Thank you so much to anyone who checked out my blog 🍥

ONE DIRECTION

Hey guys!
So, for the past week or so, I went to a little town called Cape Town for a holiday break sort of thing, but we didn't go to that specific place just because we felt like it. My sister and I went to go see ONE DIRECTION! Now, I am sure there are many directionless out there and you will all know about Zayn. We all miss him dearly 💔, but the show was still breath taking.

I thought I might just give you some tips on going to a concert :

- don't bring any accessories, unless you have a bag but that can get annoying. In my case, I was too         young to go alone so our friend, Josh, brought a bag because he was just sitting and looking after us basically.

-I know you should drink lots and lots of water, but do limit yourself, because who wants to go yo the bathroom in the middle of a performance.

-make sure your phone is on 100% before you leave home. You will need to take many, many pictures and videos and put your flashlight on for some songs.

-also regarding phones, make sure you have loads of memory space. Upload your old pictures to Flikr and once that is done you can delete them all off your phone, because no one wants to get there take one picture and have your phone shout at you saying "no memory"

-make sure you have food at home for afterwards, believe me, you will need it

-and last but not least, BUY A FREAKIN T-SHIRT. I saw so many people without concert t-shirts. They may be expensive but how many times are you at your favourite band/singer

And please, pleeaaasssee, have FUN 🎉

Lotsa love and I will see you next week, byeee 💝💝

Making 2015 even better

Hey guys⭐️⭐️

So, today I really wanted to talk to you all about health and all that good stuff. Lately, I have been trying to modify my diet and all that. Eating better is a good change at any age. It helps with your skin, your body and even your confidence.

But being healthy is not just about eating healthy, it's also about your everyday life.

Recently, I have been working out a lot more and getting active. I go to gym everyday (except on weekend, because well deep down aren't we all sloths on Saturday and Sunday?) and I have recently started to surf. I am in no way a pro or trainer, but I have learnt a thing or two for previous coaches or others at the gym doing their thang.

My workout routine:
1. I have downloaded an app on my phone called 7 Minute Ab Workout. It's not really 7 minutes but I still feel great when I am done
2. I run. I really love running. I used to run a lot in primary school but now I am in a high school with no sports so gym and surfing keep me 👌
3. I cycle with my dad sometimes and if you go for a ride you can hardly feel the burn but it does wonders.
4. Push ups. These things are so hard and I am so bad at the but we all got to be a bit stupid and ambitious some times

Another tip for a healthier lifestyle is to just chill and take life lightly (deeeeep). Sometimes it's cool to run yourself a bubbly and fragrant bath and just lie there. Have a cold glass of water and a candle and some nice music, even some YouTube videos playing; basically just relax.

Despite all this, you need to treat yourself. Have a chocolate bar on Saturday or a spoon of Nutella, because remember you are beautiful just being you.

That is it for this week guys, but next week I will give you some of my fave recipes for breakfast, lunch, anything really.

Thanks for reading and I'll see you soon. Byeeee 🌌

Skincare Routine

Hello everyone 🍉

Today's post is on skincare . We all need to look after our skin because, well, it's the only skin we will ever get. So let's jump right in.

My routine is very simple, but, for me, it does the trick.

First of all, I cleanse my face. I use the African Extracts Rooibos Purifying Spot Control Face Wash.

I just rub in circles to make sure I get fully clean. I then just wash it all off with clean water.

Next, I moisturise. No matter what skin type you have, one should always moisturise. So for this I use the Nivea Visage Daily Essentials Light Moisturising Day Cream. I have the normal and combination skin type but they sell for all skin types. I like my moisturisers to have SPF of at least 15. I feel it is a good choice to go with the highest SPF, especially here in sunny South Africa.

But, for my nighttime routine, I use a heavier one. I like to feel fully moisturised the next morning. So for this I use the Nivea Visage Naturally Even Daily Moisturiser.

Now for the final trick, drink loads and loads of water. I find it helps to set an alarm every hour or so, just to remind myself to drink.

That is all for this week guys, but thanks so much for reading. And I will see you next week.

Hellooo

Welcome!

This is my blog, my second life. I never really know how to write introductions but I might as well give it my best shot.

On this blog, I will document my moments and thoughts. I will post every Sunday ( I will really try my best ) about anything and everything, from recipes to my adventures that week.

I have always wanted to start a blog, but I have thought that I was too was. Now I am just starting it, no matter how old I am. People like Zoella and MakeupbyMandy24 have really made me want the blogger/youtuber lifestyle. I will one day start a YouTube channel, but for now, the blogging world fascinates me enough.

So let me tell you a bit about myself ...
I am 13 years old
07 01 2002
I live in South Africa ☀️ ( yes, that little country in the middle of nowhere that no one knows of )
I want to travel the whole world 🌍

I say that's it for now and we find out more about each other next week.

Thanks for reading this very awkward and short post about absolutely nothing and I will see you next Sunday where I will actually say something of your interest.

Byeee ;)
